Navy Day celebrations

Sirsi: Navy Day will be celebrated on December 4 at Karwar Naval Base, according to a release. As part of the celebrations, there will be beach cleaning on December 1, and a health camp on December 2 by the naval hospital INHS Patanjali. Free medical check-up and free medicine will be provided to the public. The Indian Naval Ships will be open to the public at the base on December 16 and 17. The naval band will perform at the Ravindranath Tagore Beach on December 17.
