Winners

N.Magesh Kumar of Standard VIII and J.Haripriya of Standard IX of Ruby Matriculation School, Saravanampatty, bagged the first and second prizes in the Tamil essay writing competition conducted by Shibi Academy.

Seminar

Satchidananda Jothi NikethanMatriculation Higher Secondary School, Kallar, conducted a seminar on ‘Scoring hundred per cent in all subjects.’

Conducted by G.S.Subramanian, author, the seminar stressed the importance of time management.

He urged the students to cultivate the habit of clearing their doubts then and there.

The seminar was followed by an interactive session.

Essay competition

Sree Narayana Mission conducted an essay competition on the subject, ‘Avoid the use of plastic carry bags’.

This was in connection with Platinum Jubilee celebration of Sibagiri Pilgrimage.

Plus Two students participated in the competition.

The winners were awarded a ‘Save Earth’ trophy.
