The top police officials had never felt that it was a grave crime that required their immediate intervention and use of modern techniques for result-oriented investigation. An efficient team was required for the investigation. The court noted that the investigation had not progressed an inch. Bail grantedThe court made the observation while granting bail to Rajesh who was arrested in connection with the case.
