Teenager electrocuted
A teenager was electrocuted in an under-construction building at Champapet on Sunday. The police said G. Saidulu, 15, came in contact with live wires near a lift and suffered serious burns. The boy was declared brought dead at a nearby hospital.
Salesman dies in accident
A salesman, M. Vamshi Krishna was killed after the motorcycle on which he was travelling skid at Kompally railway bridge on Sunday. He was travelling along with his friend Rajesh. Vamshi, 23, a resident of Golconda, was returning home after attending a marriage in Medak district when the accident occurred. Rajesh, however, escaped with minor injuries.
Woman commits suicide
A 40-year-old woman hanged herself to death in her house at B. S. Maqtha in Punjagutta on Monday. B. Damayanthi took the drastic step after a quarrel with her husband, Das, over a trivial issue, the police said.
