Tributes paid to NFCL founder

Kakinada: Rich tributes were paid to Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (NFCL) founder K.V.K. Raju on the occasion of his 79th birth anniversary on Wednesday.
K.V.K. Raju’s son and NFCL CMD K.S. Raju said his father was a great visionary who lived a meaningful life and served society. He stressed the need for individual development which ultimately leads to organisational development and advised employees to get themselves ready for facing big challenges. He said NFCL creates a healthy working environment and enables employees to bring out their hidden talents.
Nagarjuna group had embarked on the path of diversification and growth and Nagarjuna Oil Company and power projects were ready to take off soon, Mr. Raju added. NFCL Chief Operating Officer (COO) R.S. Nanda exhorted the employees to follow the path shown by K.V.K. Raju. NFCL senior general manager (Plant Operations) R Singh spoke. Later, the CMD distributed Long Service awards to 168 employees.
