Two killed in road accidents

VIZIANAGARAM: Two persons were killed in separate accidents in the town on Wednesday.

R. Sobha Rani (25), an Assistant Professor in Maharajah Post-Graduate College at Phoolbaugh, was knocked down when the two-wheeler she was riding was hit by a truck coming in the opposite direction on the Ring Road.

In another accident at Jammu Narayanapuram, G. Gavaraju (32), a cleaner of a truck, died when the truck driver unknowingly put the vehicle in motion when the cleaner was placing lemons under the rear wheels at a temple.
