Indiabulls promoters raise stake

MUMBAI: Indiabulls Financial Services’ three promoters — Sameer Gehlaut, Saurabh Mittal and Rajiv Rattan — have raised their shareholdings in the company by purchase of shares worth an estimated Rs. 375 crore.
