BANGALORE: The Institute for Social and Economic Change is organising the fourth public lecture in honour of professor V.K.R.V. Rao centenary year on Friday at the Jnanajyoti Auditorium, Central College campus. Professor James Manor, V.K.R.V Chair Professor at the institute, and E. Raghavan, Editor, The Economic Times, Bangalore, will deliver lecture on “Transformation of politics in Karnataka, 1972-1989”. — Staff Reporter
