LLR forms at free of cost

NAMAKKAL: People can obtain 10 application forms, including the forms for LLR and fresh driving licence at the Regional Transport Offices (RTO) free of cost.
Complaints
A press release said that following complaints from the public, the State Government issued orders to print and supply the following 10 standardised application forms prescribed in the Central Motor Vehicle Rules and Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Rules through the RTOs free of cost:
Medical certificate, LLR, fresh driving licence, renewal of driving licence, transfer of ownership, transfer of ownership of vehicles.
It also includes hire purchase endorsement, hire purchase termination, certificate of fitness and authorisation to drive a transport vehicle.

The release said that the Government supplied sufficient number of application forms at all the RTOs in the State.
