Mr. H. V. R. Iyengar, Governor of the Reserve Bank of India, addressing a two day conference of representatives of the State Finance Corporations in Bombay on November 28, stressed the need for coordinating the working of the various agencies through which finance was now being provided for small industries and also streamline their organisational and administrative set up, so that their services would be made more efficient.
