Bharti plans mobile money transfer service

CHENNAI: Bharti Airtel and Western Union have decided to jointly develop and pilot a mobile money transfer service. This arrangement will usher in the possibility of sending money to India through the mobile phone. The service is subject to regulatory approval, according to a release.— Corporate Reporter
