Saaniya in the van
NEW DELHI: Saaniya Sharma of Chandigarh took a one-stroke lead despite carrying two double bogeys and three bogeys in a round of five-over 77 after the second round in the DLF Women’s pro tour golf tournament at the Noida Golf Course near here on Thursday.
Saaniya, who also sunk two birdies, on the 8th and 17th holes, had an aggregate of 11-over 155. A stroke behind was joint overnight leader Nalini Singh, who carded a back-to-back 78.
