Youth mela

KORAPUT: A district level ‘youth mela’ to sensitise the youth on HIV/AIDS was inaugurated at Chapar village near Koraput on Thursday.

While boys and girls from all over the district are participating in the two-day long camp being organised by SOVA with the support of the Concern Worldwide, emphasis was given to include the rural youth in order to explore new possibilities to take the awareness further deep into the villages, Balaji Panigrahy, coordinator of the programme, said.
