JB Group to sponsor tennis tournament

Mumbai: India’s JB Group has joined hands with the Hong Kong Tennis Patrons Association to sponsor the JB Group Classic 2008 tennis tournament at Hong Kong from Jan. 2 to 5, 2008. Maria Sharapova, Venus Williams, Ana Ivanovic, Anna Chakvetadze, Daniela Hantuchova, Elena Dementieva, Caroline Wozniacki and Peng Shuai will take part in the tournament. “This is the first of the three-year commitment to sponsor Hong Kong’s premier tennis competition,” Jatin Chutke, Vice-President, JB Group, said. — Special Correspondent
