‘Criminal’ arrested

NEW DELHI: The Special Cell of the Delhi police has arrested a man allegedly involved in over 100 criminal cases. Three of his accomplices have also been arrested and the police claim to have seized four country-made firearms and Rs.3 lakh in cash from them. A police team received information that Dharambir, who was involved in cases of murder and robbery and had shifted his base to New Jalpaiguri in West Bengal, would come to Delhi along with his accomplices. Acting on a tip-off that they would gather at Nehru Place on Tuesday, the police laid a trap and arrested Dharambir and his three alleged accomplices.
