BANGALORE: The State Bank of Mysore (SBM) on Friday inaugurated counselling centres for sanctioning loans for regularising unauthorised development or construction under Sakrama scheme.
Three days
The centres will function for three days at the SBM branches on Lady Curzon Road and Jayanagar 3rd Block, Chairman’s Club on Kodigehalli Main Road and KASSIA Bhavan in Vijayanagar.
Counselling
According to SBM Deputy General Manager G. Prakash, the counselling centres will help the customers in making the evaluation of regularisation amount.
The bank will sanction 90 per cent of the regularisation amount and send the demand draft in favour of Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
BBMP Deputy Commissioner (Resources) U.A. Vasanta Rao said the people have to submit the application for regularisation along with the full regularisation amount by December 14.
It will then begin the process of regularisation.
The Institution of Engineers has offered its services to help the people in assessing the deviation and calculation of the regularisation amount.
