Fake notes seized

NEW DELHI: Three men have been arrested by the North Delhi police on charges of involvement in a counterfeit currency racket. The police claim to have seized about Rs.86,000 in fake notes from them. On a tip-off, a trap was laid and the accused, Shamim Akhtar, arrested. At Shamim’s instance, Firoze Ahmed and Surender Kumar were arrested .
