No rift in LDF: Ismail

MALAPPURAM: K.E. Ismail, MP, has denied that there is any major difference within the Left Democratic Front (LDF) in the State. Speaking to reporters at a Haj camp at Karipur near Kondotty on Saturday, Mr. Ismail said the Communist Party of India (CPI) would vehemently oppose those functioning against the principles of the party and the front. He said the problems of the CPI and the CPI(M) were the creations of a section of the media. Mr. Ismail visited the Haj House and held discussions with the Haj officials. — Staff Reporter
