Competitive examinations: applications invited for coaching

Chamarajanagar: The office of the Directorate of Backward Classes Welfare Department has invited applications from eligible candidates belonging to groups such as 1, 2(A), 2(B), 3(A) and 3(B) for selection and coaching in Bangalore to appear for competitive examinations such as IAS and IPS.

Outstation candidates will be paid a monthly scholarship of Rs. 1,000 each. The coaching fees will be borne by the Government, subject to certain conditions. Those interested can submit application in the prescribed form along with photocopies of degree course marks card, and caste and income certificates issued by the respective taluk tahasildar. The filled-in application has to be submitted to the Director, Backward Classes Welfare Department, No. 14:3, CPC Building, Nrupatunga Road, Bangalore 560001 before December 15.
