Disabled to be taken as teachers

BANGALORE: The State Government, it is learnt, is likely to go in for a one-time recruitment of the physically challenged to the posts of secondary school teacher in the State. Sources told The Hindu on Saturday that the Advocate-General (AG) had given his opinion to the State, asking it to conduct the one-time recruitment of the physically challenged to posts of secondary school teacher. The recommendation is likely to be placed before senior officials and the Governor for a decision. — Staff Reporter
