Cars seized

KOCHI: The Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch of the Cochin Customs has seized five imported cars, including four Land Cruisers and a Toyota Prado. The vehicles were seized on charges of misdeclaration and tampering with the chassis and engine numbers. The cars were imported under the Transfer of Residence Scheme from Dubai. In three vehicles, fake engine numbers were engraved.
