Electrocuted

A private helper was electrocuted when he climbed up a pole for repair at Muralinagar on Sunday evening. Following a complaint from a corporate retail outlet, the lineman of Transco went to rectify it. The helper V. Rambabu, 24, of Kapparada who went up the electric pole came into contact with a transformer wire and fell leading to his death on the spot, sub-inspector Sk. Hussain said.
