Senior woman bureaucrat retires

NEW DELHI: Senior-most woman bureaucrat and Secretary Panchayat Raj Meenakshi Datta Ghosh retired on Friday after 37 years of service. During her stint with the Ministry, she was responsible for bringing out the first-ever ‘State of the Panchayats Report.’
