TRS demands repairs to NH7 near Adilabad

ADILABAD: The TRS Adilabad district unit on Monday warned officials of the National Highways Authority of India of serious consequences if repairs to the NH 7 passing through Adilabad district was not taken up before December 13. Workers from all villages alongside the 110 km stretch of the NH 7 will hinder the ongoing four-laning works.

TRS district president Bharat Waghmare and leaders Loka Bhuma Reddy and G. Karunakar Reddy said Adilabad MP T. Madhusudan Reddy was seized of the fact that NHAI officials ignored repairs to the existing road that had resulted in about 25 deaths in road accidents.
