Stands first in ‘quick talk’

VIZIANAGARAM: P. Kiran Kumar, B.Sc (final) student of M.R. College (autonomous), won the first prize in the three-minute ‘quick talk’ event on the topic ‘Behaviour of elected representatives in Assembly and Parliament’ at the State-level inter-college competitions held at Ch.S.D. St. Theresa’s (autonomous) College, Eluru, on November 23 and 24, according to an AISF release.
