BIDAR: The Bahujan Samaj Party in Bidar has strongly condemned the desecration of a statue of Ambedkar at Jewargi in Gulbarga taluk. In a release here, State general secretary of the party Suryavanshi Vaijianthrao said that police department had failed to bring the real culprits to book. He appealed to Governor Rameshwar Thakur to look into the matter personally and ensure protection to the statue. — Staff Correspondent
