Vodafone Stores opened

CHENNAI: Vodafone Essar has launched Vodafone Stores at Velachery and Tondiarpet, taking the number of such one-stop shops of the telecom service provider in the city to 12.

Along with the issuance of new connections, Vodafone handsets, and various value added services, the stores offer a dedicated area for customer queries and bill payments.

There is also a 24 x 7 self-service kiosk, where customers can pay bills at their convenience. The outlets are located on 623/1, TH Road, Tondiarpet, and on 86/198, Velachery Main Road, Velachery.

Kumar Ramanathan, Operations Director, Vodafone, Chennai and Tamil Nadu, said the stores offered a one-stop solution for all mobile-related information and service needs of their customers in order to cater to the growing demand for services especially in the suburbs.
