HYDERABAD: A full Bench of the High Court comprising acting Chief Justice Bilal Nazki, Justice Goda Raghu Ram and Justice Ramesh Ranganathan on Tuesday indicated that the case regarding the issue of disclosure of identity of the Greyhounds, who participated in the encounter wherein Maoist leader Madhav was killed, be referred to a Bench of five judges. No orders were pronounced in this regard and order of reference is yet to be delivered. The Bench was expressing its preliminary opinion after hearing the Advocate General and the advocates for the petitioner and counsel for the police officers association.
