TVS LSL ties up with Global Rush

CHENNAI: TVS Logistics Services Limited (TVS LSL) has joined hands with Global Rush, a part of $1 billion minority enterprise owned by Andra Rush, to launch ‘TVS Amercia’. The new joint venture company will have an initial investment of $1 million, wherein TVS Logistics will hold 49 per cent and Global Rush 51 per cent.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, R. Dinesh, Director, TVS Logistics, said initially, TVS America would provide sourcing, export and import logistics services to automotive manufacturers and suppliers.

Mr. Dinesh said prior to signing this agreement, TVS Logistics had been working with Global Rush as an alliance partner.

This venture would not only provide Global Rush’s expertise to Indian suppliers but also to businesses in China and other North American countries.

The joint venture company would be headquartered in Michigan in the U.S.
