Top-level changes in MindTree

BANGALORE: MindTree Consulting has announced its first major restructure since inception in 1999. Ashok Soota, currently Chairman and Managing Director, will become Executive Chairman from April 1, 2008, while continuing as Chairman of the Board. Chief Operating Officer, Subrato Bagchi, now based in the U.S., will return to take over as ‘Gardener within MindTree’ to strengthen its infrastructure. — Special Correspondent
