New CMD for Delhi Transco

NEW DELHI: Rajendra Kumar, a 1989 batch IAS officer, took over as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Delhi Transco Limited on Wednesday. His appointment follows the elevation of Rakesh Mehta as the Chief Secretary of Delhi. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur, Mr. Kumar completed his B.Tech. (Electrical) in 1988 and also has a Master’s degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management in Manila.
