YSR, Jana greet armed forces

HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and Home Minister K. Jana Reddy have greeted personnel of the armed forces on the occasion of their Flag Day on Thursday.
In a message, the Chief Minister said the Flag Day is a customary and honoured feature of the national life.
The nation recalled yeoman services of the forces to their motherland on this day which also provided citizens an opportunity to reaffirm and renew their solidarity with the personnel.
The Home Minister said the Flag Day reminded people of the country the debt they owed to the defence personnel.
He called for generation donations to help ex-servicemen.
