Manipur enters final

Dindigul: Defending champion Manipur stormed into the final of the sixth junior girls’ National football championship with a 3-0 victory over Goa here on Wednesday.

This is the sixth time that Manipur will be figuring in the final and it has won the title five times.

Ita Bala Devi opened the account for Manipur with a powerful 25-yard shot, while Ngoobi Devi scored the second goal in the 1th minute. Ngoubi added one more to the tally and her second goal with an effort in the 30th minute.
