Constable collapses in office; dies
NEW DELHI: A 55-year-old head constable died after he collapsed inside the office premises of South Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Police at Hauz Khas on Wednesday. He is suspected to have died of a heart attack.
Head Constable Khalid Beg was earlier posed with the Badarpur police station. He was recently transferred to the New Friends Colony police station on request as he had not been keeping well. On Wednesday, he had gone to the DCP’s office to meet some colleagues and officers. He collapsed while returning.
