“Building Games Village dangerous”

NEW DELHI: Delhi BJP president Harsh Vardhan on Wednesday termed the government’s decision to construct the Commonwealth Games Village on the banks of the Yamuna as dangerous to the river.Alleging the hand of the builder lobby behind it, Dr. Vardhan said the Delhi government had sufficient land available with it and yet it was insisting on raising a “concrete jungle” on the banks of the Yamuna.
