Training for teachers

CHENNAI: Many teachers and principals took part in ‘The maximum teacher – moving professional goalposts’ programme organised by Orient Longman here on Tuesday and Wednesday.

In connection with its 60th year, Orient Longman organised this programme for principals, correspondents and senior teachers. Resource persons from the U.K.-based teacher development group Pilgrims addressed them on various topics. Teacher trainers Judith Baker, Mario Rinvolucri and Richard Cooper handled different sessions.
