Killed in accident

A 48-year-old man died after his car was hit by a lorry at Madhapur on Thursday. The deceased person has been identified as K. Nagabasava Raju (48), a resident of Kukatpally.

Woman commits suicide

A woman, who attempted suicide by setting herself ablaze at her house at Asadbabanagar in Bahadurpura on Sunday, succumbed to injuries at the Osmania General Hospital on Thursday. Taslima Begum (35) had a quarrel with her ‘paramour’ , the police said.

Pedestrian run over by auto

A pedestrian died on the spot after he was run over by a autorickshaw at Indiranagar in Banjara Hills on Wednesday.
