Rs.14.62-crore compensation for farmers

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government has sanctioned Rs.14.62 crore to provide compensation to farmers who suffered crop losses during the last monsoon season. Revenue Minister K.P. Rajendran said here on Friday that each district had been sanctioned different amounts. according to Centre’s norms.
