Jet links Dhaka with Delhi, Kolkata

NEW DELHI: Jet Airways on Friday announced the launch of its daily direct flight from Kolkata to Dhaka and four flights a week from Delhi to Dhaka from December 16. “As ties between India and Bangladesh have strengthened over the years, there has been a surge in business and leisure travel, especially those visiting family and friends, between the two countries,” Jet Airways CEO, Wolfgang Prock-Schauer, said. — Special Correspondent
