Prohibitory orders in court premises

Muzaffarnagar: Prohibitory orders banning the entry of vehicles in court and Tehsil premises without District Magistrate’s permission have been issued here, officials said on Saturday. “The order has been issued under section 144 of IPC as a precautionary measure to ensure safety of the courts, keeping in view the recent terror attacks targeting the courts in the State,” Additional District Magistrate Sanjay Kirshan said.
