Rs. 4 lakh looted at gun point

Greater Noida: Unidentified miscreants robbed Rs 4 lakh at gun point from the staff of a factory here on Saturday, the police said.

The incident took place when the employees were returning to the factory after withdrawing Rs 4 lakhs from a Delhi-based bank in the afternoon.

The cash was to be disbursed to staff as salary, they said.

The factory manager Pradeep lodged a complaint at the Surajpur police station here, following which the police questioned the staff to check their involvement, they said.

Meanwhile, a hunt has been launched to arrest the robbers. PTI
