APCLC rasta roko

A rasta roko was staged by the activists of AP Civil Liberties Committee on Saturday in protest against the arrest of Dibbapalem villagers. Forty one villagers of Dibbapalem were sent for remand on Saturday.

The villagers were arrested for trying to stall the works at the Gangavaram Port project on Friday. According to Gajuwaka CI P. Ravi Varma, 141 persons who were taken into preventive custody were released on production of personal surety .
