‘Mookambika Sangeethotsavam’

KASARAGOD: “Shree Mookambika Sangeethotsavam – 2008”, a music festival,

will be held at Mookambika temple, Kollur, in Udupi district, from January 3 to 11, said B.T. Jayaram, temple coordinator. Recitals would be held from 5.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. on all days.

“Renowned artistes from all over the country are expected to participate in the programme,” he added. Mr. Jayaram said that the morning session of the festival would be exclusively for young artistes. Those who wish to participate should register with the coordinator.Details of the festival could be obtained on 98460 27596.
