Two women held for poisoning young man
NEW DELHI: Two women have been arrested in Uttam Nagar here on charges of poisoning a young man. According to the police, one of the accused, Mansi, had an illicit relationship with Joginder Singh. Later she allegedly developed a relationship with a scrap dealer, Prahlad, as well.
When Joginder came to know about her other relationship, he purportedly asked Mansi to stay away from Prahlad. But Prahlad refused to snap ties with her. At this, Mansi along with her friend Manju invited Prahlad over tea on Thursday evening and allegedly poisoned him. Mansi was arrested on the spot. Later Manju was arrested at Jawalapuri camp at her instance.
