Telangana Talli statue to be installed
Staff Reporter
Sangareddy: The TRS is leaving no stone unturned for the success of party chief K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s public meeting here on Wednesday.
Mr. Rao is scheduled to install the first-ever Telangana Talli statue in Telanagana districts.
Medak district TRS president M. Raghunandan Rao told The Hindu that the party chief will be given a gala welcome at the BHEL.
After reaching here, he will participate in a road show from Ganj Maidan to the place of installation, which is in front of the Collectorate complex, under construction in Vidyanagar.
He said that the decision to install the second statue of Telangana Talli in Medak has been taken as it is the native district of the party president.
Member Legislative Council R. Satyanarayana, who is looking after preparations for the meeting, said on Sunday that all the vehicles arriving from the district will be made to park on the open land opposite Pepsi company and the public meeting will be held in the grounds adjacent to Mahila Pranganam.
