Photography workshop begins

KHAMMAM: A beginner in photography must be able to evaluate and understand his camera thoroughly, says Sharat Shetty, fashion photographer on Sunday, Addressing the valedictory session of the three-day photography workshop organised by the Khammam District Photographers Association, he emphasised the need for imparting the rural photographers the right way of thinking.
He said many of those, who attended the workshop, were quick enough in grasping the tips given on the basics of photography.
But a few of them were in need of more exposure to the art. But photography was not only an art, it was a science as well.
They would be able to enhance their skills by understanding the advances in the digital photography.
He said the art of photography was of late more oriented to the made up shows of glamour and celebrities.
The photographers would be able to achieve better results when they were clear in mind about the object.
