Railway Institute claims men’s title

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Railway Institute, Thiruvananthapuram and Kannur with a tally of 326 and 190 points claimed the men’s and women’s team titles in the 26th State gymnastics championship which concluded at the LNCPE indoor stadium, Kariyavattom on Monday.

In the junior section, host Thiruvananthapuram took the boys title with 260 points while Kannur clinced the girls’ title with 115 points.

The former Indian coach, Balakrishna Pillai, gave away the trophies.
