Demand for new ration cards

NEW DELHI: The Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party president Harsh Vardhan has demanded that the Delhi Government start a comprehensive enumeration of the poor people of the city and issue new ration cards to them.

Claiming that no new ration cards have been issued in Delhi for many years, Dr. Vardhan said the people who have ration cards were not being supplied food grains from the fair price shops.
