BIDAR: Members of Samana Manaska Kannadigara Samskruthika Vedike, Bidar, have dubbed the denial of permission to Seer Sugunendratheertha to offer puja to Lord Krishna as ‘narrow-mindedness’. A release from the Vedike president Srinivas Kulkarni here on Tuesday, said that the seer should be allowed to conduct the puja. The controversy surrounding the seer was also ‘meaningless’ and in case the seer was not allowed to conduct the pujas, the members would take out protests, he warned. — Staff Correspondent
