Films for overseas fete

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Chalachitra Academy will make special arrangements for screening Malayalam films in overseas festivals, chairman K.R. Mohanan has said. Mr. Mohanan said in a release here on Tuesday that special packages to suit the themes of festivals will be worked out for screening the films. The packages will comprise classics as well as new films. Collection of films and sub-titling them in Spanish, English, and French will be taken up soon. A system has been planned for securing global market for Malayalam films.
